I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and tastefully decorated with a large ensuite bathroom, but our room was unfortunately located right over the entrance, leading to constant noise from visitor arrivals and departures. The service was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed, although some staff members were not as friendly. The location was ideal for exploring the historic center of Trapani, but it was a bit challenging to find, especially with GPS issues. The dining options were decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a comfortable stay with some drawbacks.

This hotel has really won us over and become our new go-to place when we're in the area. The rooms are stylish and well-designed, offering a suite with a seating space and a table or desk that we found very nice. The service was exceptional, with a lovely and very helpful team who made us feel completely at home and assisted us with everything we needed. The location, though strategic, can be a bit tricky to find with GPS as it's tucked away in back alleys but still in the heart of Trapani. The dining experience was mostly delicious, with fresh and varied choices, but we did miss having fresh juice and a wider selection. Overall, a great stay with a couple of minor hiccups that we can definitely overlook.
